Ok. Everyone ready to finish this lengthy adventure?

Mike: Heck yeah.

Peter: Yes!

Micky: You betcha!

Davy: Definitely.

("Calico Girlfriend" opens as the camera follows what looks like an Easter parade in Malibu Beach. Floats drift down the street, followed by people in their Sunday finest. Mike wears a light suit and aviator glasses that looks like one of his outfits from the "Naked Persimmon" sequence of "Nightmare Revolutions." Emma wears a pretty red, blue, and tan calico-style, flowing A-line dress and a wide-brimmed straw hat with blue daisies. Katie wears a little yellow and white lace dress, white stockings, white Mary-Janes, and a white hat with a long yellow ribbon. Katie carries an Easter basket. Emma has her purse.)

(Peter wears a bright-colored paisley shirt, good tan pants, his fringed boots, and a light jacket. Valerie wears a simple but elegant yellow suit and hat. Peter carries Jordan, who holds a stuffed rabbit and looks around for Katie. Jordan wears a nice little tan suit.)

(Millie and Larry wave from a float with a giant candy factory and what looks like a huge chocolate bunny in the middle.)

*Micky, actually dressed in black slacks and suit jacket, carries Leah in a white eyelet lace dress and bonnet, while the twins march behind. Shelly wears a light blue dress with a ruffled skirt. Little Mick wears a suit that matches his daddy's. Lauren walks next to Micky, wearing a maroon wrap-around dress with a matching scarf around her neck.*

(Babbitt, decked out in his grey suit, tips his hat to Mrs. Marion as she walks by.)

(Mrs. Marion runs to catch up with the Dolenz family, chat with them, and give the twins chocolate bunnies. She wears a lovely ivory and gold suit and a huge ivory hat with feathers and ribbons.)

(The three remaining Abbies sit on a float that has a giant guitar sitting in an Easter basket, with the banner "Happy Easter From Headquarters Records" over it. Kimberly wears a lavender sleeveless minidress and a purple hat with violets; Maxine wears a pink minidress and a pink hat with roses; Jenny's dress is pale green, and her hat has greenish daisies. Valerie, Jordan, and Peter wave to them as they go by.)

*Davy and Daphne walk along, Davy carrying Elizabeth. Davy wears a deep blue suit. Daphne wears a dress that's only twos shades lighter in color, with a straw sun hat. Elizabeth wears pale blue with dark blue stripes and a pale blue bonnet.*

(Mrs. Marion pats the twins on their heads after giving them their chocolate. She moves on as Mike, Em, and Katie catch up.)

(Peter and Valerie catch up with the group. Peter puts Jordan down, and he toddles over to Katie, telling her how nice she looks. Katie shakes her head. She's glad she looks pretty, but her mommy won't let her run in these good shoes, and they're new and hurt!)

(Emma and Lauren ooh and ahh over their spring outfits.)

(Valerie points out the Headquarters float to everyone. Behind them, the Four Martians play the song on a float that looks like a giant sunburst. Tilly stands in the center of the sunburst in a long gown and big cape, trying to look elegant but mostly looking kinda goofy.)

(Behind them is more people in fine Spring outfits. Mike motions for the group to join them. Everyone spreads into the crowd as the song ends and the scene fades out on a shot of the entire cast arm-in-arm.)

*We switch to Lauren and Micky's house. Micky and Davy are in the living room. Most of the kids run around the room.*

Katie: (She's chasing Mick with a wooden sword) Gonna get'cha, Bad Knight!

Jordan: Uh, me too! (He waves a little plastic bow and arrow set)

Katie: (She heads for Micky and Davy) Wanna play? :D

*Micky and Davy exchange looks.*

Micky and Davy: *each pointing at the other* He will.

Katie: Huh?

Jordan: Play!

(The twins toddle up behind them as the voice of a crying baby drifts down from upstairs.)

Davy: *grins* Sorry, mate, I need to go check on my daughtah. *heads for the stairs*

Micky: *grins at the kids* Let me guess. I'm going to be the bad guy, right? :P

Katie: Yeah! You're great bad guy! :D

Jordan: Uh-huh. :)

*The twins chant "bad guy! bad guy!" :D *

Katie: Here! (Hands him her sword) Yours!

Micky: Very nice! Thank you, Miss Katie.

Katie: Welcome! :D

(They chase Micky around the room, Jordan trailing behind. Jordan finally gets tired, climbs onto the couch, and watches the others around the couch in circles, yelling and waving wooden swords.)

Micky: *yells* DAVY, GET DOWN HERE AND HELP ME!!

Katie: Get him, guys!

Jordan: "You're not gonna hurt him, are you?"

Katie: "Nahh. We'll just sit on him or something."

Little Mick: "He's the bad guy! Let’s tie him up!"

Shelly: "Yeah!" ;)

Jordan: "That's not very nice!" :p

Katie: "He's the bad guy! We have to keep him from getting away!" (Looks at the twins) "Let's do it!"

(Davy walks downstairs with Lizzie in his arms, rocking the baby girl.)

Davy: Who'sa good little girl? *looks up upon entering the doorway; freezes* Bloody...

*Micky is indeed tied up and gagged, sitting in one of the dining room chairs in only his boxers. He gives Davy a pleading look.*

Davy: *slowly grins, then goes back to paying attention to Elizabeth, ignoring Micky!* Come on, Elizabeth, let’s go get you your bottle. *goes into the kitchen*

*Micky mumbles into his gag trying to get Davy to come back, to no avail.*

(The kids all giggle. Jordan sighs.)

*A little while later, Davy answers the front door.*

(Mike, Lauren, Emma, and Peter troop in.)

Lauren: Hi, Davy.

Mike: Hi, Mick. Val's still at work and Daph's at the... (but he stops when he sees that Micky's still tied up in the middle of the living room) ...recording studio.

Emma: What's this?

Peter: Oh, my god! Were you guys robbed?

Lauren: I didn't think it was April Fools' yet.

Davy: *snickers* Well, the kids wanted to play. I 'ad to take care of Elizabeth, so Mick ended up being the kids' 'bad guy.'

Lauren: Davy, you know that he's going to get you for leaving him like this. (Frowns) Uh, how long HAS he been like this? :P

Davy: *glances at the clock* 'Alf an 'our, maybe.

Mike: Did it ever occur to you that he might have to go to the bathroom or somethin' in that time?

*Micky mumbles something, nodding.*

Davy: *shrugs* 'E would've done the same to me.

Lauren: *rolls her eyes* How about we discuss this AFTER untying him? *removes Micky's gag*

Micky: About time! I thought I was gonna be everybody's centerpiece. :P

Mike: Well, I was considerin' stickin' an apple in your mouth and maybe some flowers and puttin' you on our Easter dinner table.

Micky: *as Lauren finishes untying him* Thanks a lot, Mike.

Bob: (Off-screen as everyone sits on chairs and couches) Ok, ok, enough, guys. How did you feel about doing this story?

Peter: (Shudders) This was scary!

Micky: *adjusting his robe* Weird.

Mike: No kiddin'. Em... (looks at her warily; she's rubbing her stomach with a smile)

Emma: I've been wanting to do another story with Mike in his wolf form and the devils and explore a concept that was first mentioned two years ago in "Return of the Clone."

Mike: There was one upside to this story. (Grins wickedly) We need to pick on Honeywell more often. That idiot deserves it.

Emma: I've never been that crazy about him, either. I thought it was time to really put our friendly neighborhood dopey spy through the ringer.

Bert: Where did this idea come from?

Emma: Actually, I don't remember anymore. I think it's one of the ideas we developed when we had extra time on our hands last fall and in January.

Peter: We usually do a spy story a year. I guess this is this year's spy story.

Mike: But darlin'...why make me a wolf?

Emma: Why not? You're cute when you're fuzzy.

Mike: I don't LIKE bein' fuzzy. I feel...

Peter: Like you can't control yourself when you're like that?

(Mike just nods, looking down.)

Peter: Michael, everyone feels vulnerable about SOMETHING. Do you think I like being the devils' favorite target?

Emma: And you know how upset I get when I feel vulnerable about things. (Chuckles) I guess that's why we get along so well.

Micky: Two peas in a vulnerable pod. ;)

Mike: When the peas ain't tryin' to squash each other.

Bert: How about the idea for the equipment?

Emma: We had a hard time with that. We needed something that would give a reason for Honeywell to call the Monkees in to help, and that's when we came up with Headquarters housing the CD/lasers.

Bob: What DID happen to the equipment, anyway?

Emma: (Raises her eyebrows) You never did tell me that.

Mike: (Looks at Micky and Davy) You two tell us. I wasn't there, either.

Davy: Half of it went back to the government in pieces.

Micky: And the other half went...somewhere. I tried to send it here, but I haven't found any pieces.

Peter: And from what we've gathered, the government hasn't, either.

Bob: So Mike was the only one who ever got to use the equipment?

Mike: Other than Alex, yes, and me just barely. It's a shame. It was actually sorta cool. Made me feel like a real pioneer, or somethin'.

Peter: I'm still disappointed about that. I was really looking forward to testing that! The future of music, in our hands!

Emma: I'm scared.

Bob: How about Madame?

Mike: She's in prison, on her way to trial, along with most of her men. She'll probably end up in Levenworth with Boris.

Emma: And they make such a lovely couple. I'll bet he missed her.

Bert: What about Sheila and Alex?

Micky: You won't believe it. Honeywell told us they talked their way out of a jail sentence. They’re do some community service work instead. It's gonna be free Past, Present, and Future rehab of the CIS high school lab and Mammoth Studios.

Mike: That should keep the two of them busy and off my tail...literally...until we can get this movie finished.

Bob: We're pretty close to done. We only have a few key scenes we need to film, and you'll be doing the Utah concert in a few days.

Peter: (Nods) I'm looking forward to that. It's been a long time since we've done a concert. I've missed it.

(Mike just grumbles under his breath about the rigors of touring and being away from his family.)

Bert: It's just one concert. You'll be there one night, play the next day, and bam, you'll be home in time for the Independence Day parades.

Mike: Yeah, well, a lot of things can go wrong on the road.

Peter: It'll just be a ride and an overnight stay. Nothing will go wrong, Mike!

Mike: Yeah, well, the wolf's intuition is actin' up again. (Sighs) Sometimes, I wish it would leave me the hell alone.

Emma: But it's a big help to you and us, honey. You've warned us about danger many times. (Smiles) You just need to acknowledge that yes, you have a wolf in you, and no, he's not going to go away.

Mike: (Leans over and gives Emma a kiss) Sometimes, the animal in me wouldn't have it any other way. I missed ya, darlin'. So did Katie.

Emma: (Gives him a kiss back) So did I. It may seem odd to write myself out of my own story, but we thought it would be too easy for me to turn you back if I was there.

Mike: Darlin', don't you ever write yourself outta anythin' again. I need you. The wolf AND the man.

(They lean over Peter and kiss again. Emma's growling now.)

Peter: (Blushes) And I think this would be a good time to say "Happy Easter!" and enjoy the end of winter and beginning of spring.

(The camera ends on Peter's reddening face as Emma and Mike kiss and growl over him.)

(We get scenes from the "production" under "Sunny Girlfriend" and pastel Easter-colored print. We end with a shot of the group in their Easter parade finery and the giant guitar float behind them. The words "A Raybert Production" pop up in pale blue, with a rabbit and Easter basket graphic under them.)
