Lauren: *taps her keyboard profusely, then stops suddenly when her text turns red* Raph...

Raph: *grins at her* Couldn't help myself.

Lauren: Well, there's always the delete key...

Raph: No! No, don't do that!

Lauren: Then stop grinning at me like that! *pauses* Ya know, you've already said two lines and you haven't sworn yet...

Raph: Dammit!

Lauren: *rolls her eyes and turns back to the computer* There went that record out the window. *changes the text back to black and begins typing again*

Raph: *slowly begins to grin at her again*

Lauren: *still typing, shakes her head* I"m gonna add Leo to this fic if you don't stop grinning like that. *glares at him to add effect*

Raph: *snorts* You're evil.

Lauren: *smirks* Aren't I?

Raph: *returns the smirk* Is that why you've been out of this fandom for nearly ten years and suddenly dropped back in because you were bored and didn't have any other fics to read?

Lauren: *sighs* I swear, I'm about *holds her index finger and thumb an inch apart* this close to adding Leo. *pauses* No one was supposed to know that!

Raph: *smiles smugly, then leans over in front of Lauren to read the screen* So, whatcha writin' about?

Lauren: I'm debating on the type of torture to use on you: Leo or these rabid fan girls I've heard about... I think they're kinda like me. *winks at him*

Raph: *looks at her with wide eyes* Ya wouldn't...

Lauren: Then don't tempt me. I already know that nearly every fic I write, you'll be brooding around, being an ass--the only difference being the former keeps your mouth shut--or having the shit beaten out of you.

Raph: Is it too late to apologize and find ya another fandom?

Lauren: *nods slowly* Yes.

Raph: Damn.

Lauren: *begins typing again* I'd keep an eye out, though... never know when I might decide that I don't want your swearing filling up my fics.

Raph: But...

Lauren: *pauses to grin at him and starts typing again*

Raph: So... *pauses* ...are ya gonna let anything good happen to me?

Lauren: *snorts, then bursts out laughing*

Raph: I'll take that as a no.

Lauren: *composes herself* I'm sorry. It's just that, in my fics, I put my favorite right into the middle of everything and... *realizes and slaps a hand over her mouth*

Raph: I'm her favorite!

Lauren: *sighs* Now, I'm feeding your ego... *pauses* See what a bad influence you are on me, Raph?

Raph: *grins* What can I say? I'm a bad influence on everybody, but I'm good at it. *winks*

Lauren: *shakes her head, then moves the mouse*

Raph: *starting to look a little worried* Lauren, what're ya doin'?

Lauren: *clicks on File, then Save As*

Raph: Hey?!

Lauren: *types in "An Author & Her Annoying Muse"*

Raph: You think I'm annoying!?

Lauren: *clicks Save, then hovers over Exit*

Raph: Ya wouldn't...

Lauren: You already said that. *grins, clicks Exit, and watches Raphael disappear* That's one way to shut him up. *shuts down the computer and kicks back, pleased with herself*

Mike: Hey, what happened to the rest of us?

Leo: I guess we know who's gonna get the spotlight here...

Don: ...And who's ego will be inflated....

Raph: *reappears* Awe, guys, you know if I had anything at all to do with it, you wouldn't even be in this part of the fic.

Leo, Mike, & Don: *glare at Raph*

Raph: What?
