Everyone ready to rescue Lauren and Val?
Mike: Hell yeah.
Micky: You have to ASK? :P
Davy: Ready, mates.
(We open in the air, in the plane Mike rented.)
Mike: We should be just about there. Everyone ok back there?
Micky: Peachy.
Davy: Fine.
Mike: We could probably get away with landing on the roof. There's plenty of room.
Micky: I don't CARE where you land, just get me back on the ground!
(Mike does land on the roof, doing it as quietly as he can. Cut to the plane landing. Mike pops his head out of the hatch.)
Mike: The coast seems to be clear. (He puts out a ladder, and the boys climb down to the roof)
Mike: Ok. Feelin' better, Mick?
Micky: Much. I think you enjoy seeing me writhe in an airplane a little too much.
Mike: Well, if you'd stop makin' fun of me when I get seasick...
Micky: When was the last time I did that?
Davy: Mates? Can we?
Mike: (Sighs) Sorry, Dave. Let's go. (Mike walks into the shadows...and bumps into something solid) Omph!
Peter: Ouch! Michael!
(The camera gives us a close-up on the shadow Mike bumps into. Mike steps out of the shadows, followed by Peter, both of them rubbing their noses.)
Mike: Pete, what in the HELL are you doin' here?
Peter: I was looking for Val and got lost. What are YOU doing here?
Mike: Same thing as you. We're lookin' for the girls.
Peter: Girls?
Micky: They grabbed Lauren, too.
Peter: What? How...
Mike: Sheila and Alex caught her last night. I thought he couldn't' be trusted.
Micky: She was following them to see what they were up to...until Alex joined in and they surrounded her.
Peter: Great. (Puts a hand on his heart) I felt Val. I know they've done something to her.
Mike: How did you know to look here?
Peter: I followed Sheila on my own.
Mike: We didn't see you.
Peter: I took another route.
Micky: *glares at Mike* I'm willing to bet he took a GROUND route.
Mike: Still, we were in the air...
Peter: You still can't see everything up there. Even your eyesight isn't that good, Michael.
Mike: I don't know, Pete. There's still somethin' naggin' at me here.
Peter: (Turns to Micky and Davy) Why don't we all look for the girls together?
Micky: The more the merrier.
Davy: *nods* Sure, mate.
Mike: Guys...
Peter: Come on! (He puts his arms around Davy and Micky and heads for the entrance to the main building as Mike trails behind, clearly worried)
(Cut to Sheila's penthouse. Valerie lays on a couch in the living room, still bound but no longer gagged. She's awake but groggy. Lauren is tied up next to her. She's also not gagged...and not groggy, either.)
Lauren: Val? Val, are you okay?
Valerie: Lauren?
Lauren: It's me. Are you okay?
Valerie: Am I ok? (She falls back and giggles) No, I don't think so. I feel...light...
Lauren: Oh dear. *sighs* Well, there's gotta be some way out of here...
(Alex and Sheila enter the room. Sheila shakes her head.)
Sheila: Honestly, Alex. I can't believe you two managed to do THAT in the bathroom.
Alex: What?
*Lauren rolls her eyes.*
Sheila: I didn't think there was enough space for that position.
Alex: *smirks* You've never tried, apparently.
Valerie: Hello!
Sheila: Hello, ladies. Nice to see you're awake.
Lauren: It'd be nicer to NOT see you two.
Alex: Ouch. That hurt me right here. *points to the left side of his chest* Oh wait, that's right, I don't have one of those.
Sheila: Awake AND mouthy, I see.
Valerie: We're so goood!
Lauren: *groans* Val... (To the devils) What did you do to her? She's been like this the whole time!
Sheila: Oh, Alex just gave her one of the fun drugs he's been working on.
*Alex grins smugly.*
Lauren: Figures. I also wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't just one of those 'fun drugs.'
Alex: About fifty-fifty.
Sheila: (She sits next to Valerie) I think we could have a wonderful time with our Aristocrat. She'll make a fine handmaiden, won't she?
Alex: I think so.
Lauren: I don't.
Sheila: The Mother is getting on my nerves. Mute her, please.
Alex: Do I HAVE to?
Sheila: Do you want to listen to her for the rest of the night?
Alex: Well... *lecherous smirk* Depends on what I'd be listening to...
Lauren: Oh PLEASE!
Sheila: ALEX!
Alex: Oh, alright! Sheesh. *goes over to Lauren, who tries to back off, but doesn't get very far. Alex drags fingers over Lauren's throat, muting her. Her mouth keeps moving, causing Alex's eyebrows to raise in understanding. He goes back over to Sheila.*
Sheila: She's still going?
Alex: Yeah. I got told a thing or three. She'd make a sailor proud, that's for damn sure.
*Lauren grins triumphantly and sticks her tongue out.*
Sheila: I have an idea. Why doesn't she watch us practice our..skills...on her friend?
Alex: *grins at Lauren* I like that idea.
*Lauren's eyes widen in surprise. She shakes her head.*
Alex: Too late.
Sheila: (Pulls Valerie against her) Hello, dear. We're going to have fun with you.
Valerie: Fun...
Sheila: (Pulls Valerie's arms behind her back and ties them there) Yes, dear. Lots of fun!
Valerie: Yay!
*Lauren hangs her head. She'd slap her forehead if her arms weren't tied.*
Sheila: (She strokes Valerie's head) Yes, Aristocrat, you'll make a wonderful handmaiden for us.
Valerie: Yes...
Sheila: You belong to the Boss now, Aristocrat.
*Alex snorts.*
Sheila: You... (Suddenly, we hear a rather noisy "thump" on the roof) What's that?
Valerie: That's a big noise!
*Lauren glances up, raising an eyebrow.*
Alex: Good question. What was that?
Sheila: I'll go check on it and find the Boss. You stay here.
Alex: *nods* Fine. *eyes Lauren* Maybe I'll have a little fun.
Sheila: Don't have TOO much fun. Remember what the Boss said.
Alex: Yeah, yeah, sure, fine.
*Alex saunters over to Lauren after Sheila leaves. He smirks. Lauren returns the smirk as Alex is enveloped in a blue light. When it clears, he's been turned into a pigeon locked in a cage.*
Valerie: Oooh, a birdie!
*Lauren grins and blue lights the ropes off of her and Valerie. Lauren goes to the hanging cage. She blows a razzberry at the pigeon. The pigeon flaps his wings and squawks.*
Valerie: Birdie! (She razzes the bird too, just because she thinks it's funny)
*Lauren rolls her eyes again. She grabs Valerie's hand and pulls her out of the room, into the hallway.*
(Cut to the main lobby of the hotel. Emma and Daphne step off of an elevator.)
Emma: Ok, we found Rosemarie in the parking garage, but now we have to find the girls.
Daphne: They could be anywhere!
Emma: The guys should be here by now, too. Maybe we should call them.
Daphne: Couldn't hurt. Would you like to try them?
Emma: Sure. (She flips open her communicator) Mike? Baby, this is Emma.
Mike: (Over the communicator) Hi, darlin'. Where are you?
Emma: We're in the lobby. We just got out of the parking garage. We found Rosemarie. She's a little bit shaken but otherwise fine. It doesn't look like Alex has had the chance to do anything to her. No, we haven't seen the girls yet.
Mike: We ran into Pete up here. He says he thinks he may know where the girls are.
Emma: What was he doing up there?
Mike: He SAYS he's lookin' for Val. I don't know if I believe it.
Emma: But how would he know to come here? We didn't see him coming here.
Mike: He says he took another route.
Emma: (Sighs) All right. We'll question Peter later. Just be careful, ok?
Mike: We'll be fine, darlin'. Don't worry. I love you.
Emma: I love you too. Over and out. (She turns the communicator off) Mike didn't say where they are, but from "up here," I'm guessing the roof. (She raises an eyebrow) And Peter's with them.
Daphne: Peter?
Emma: Apparently, he followed Sheila here and went looking for Val.
Daphne: That's strange.
Emma: It doesn't sound like Mike buys Peter's story, and I don't think I do, either. There's been something weird about Peter lately. He was with Val when she disappeared.
Daphne: Yeah, he seems...off.
Emma: He's been so cranky. I'd say he's spent too much time around Mike if he were actually speaking to him.
Daphne: And I'd agree.
Emma: Maybe we'd better join the guys on the roof. He didn't say where Peter was taking them, but I think the top floor would be the best place to start.
Daphne: Shall we take the elevator, then?
Emma: Yeah. It's quicker than the stairs. (But the doors to the elevator open even as she reaches for the "up" button)
*Lauren pulls Valerie out, then realizes who's standing there. Lauren gives Emma a hug!*
Emma: Lauren! (She hugs her back) You're ok! The guys went looking for you!
Lauren: *mouths* Where are they?
Valerie: Girls! (She reaches for them, but almost lands on the floor) Whoops. :
*Lauren slaps her forehead.*
Emma: I think they were on the roof with Peter, probably heading downwards. (Frowns) What's the matter with Val? And what happened to your voice?
*Lauren points to Valerie, then motions circles at the side of her head. She rubs her throat and makes devil horns.*
Emma: Shit. The Devils got to both of you.
*Lauren nods.*
Daphne: That's not good.
Valerie: It's GOOOOD!
*Lauren clamps a hand over Valerie's mouth.*
Emma: Don't tell me. Alex drugged her.
*Lauren nods, then mouths, "Among other things".*
Emma: Lauren, did you come from the top floors?
*Lauren nods.*
Emma: Is that where the Devils are?
*Lauren nods again.*
Daphne: We're getting good at Charades.
*Lauren grins, rolling her eyes.*
Emma: Lead us to them, then. We should probably warn the guys, too.
*Lauren shrugs. She can't call.*
Daphne: *chuckles* You mean you don't wanna try Charades over the communicators? I'll try them this time. *opens her communicator* Davy? David? Anyone? Uh oh...
*Lauren shakes her head.*
Emma: Shit. (Puts her hand on her heart) We HAVE to get up there.
Valerie: Up! Let's go up!
Emma: No kidding. Lauren, grab Val. We can't leave her here in this state.
*Lauren nods, then grabs Val's hand. She pulls her along after Emma and Daphne and into the elevator.*
(Cut to inside the elevator. Emma sighs. Val leans against Lauren, giggling faintly. Daphne leans against the other side of the wall.)
Emma: (There's a ding) Ok, girls, I think this is it. (The girls step out of the elevator, and into a short hallway...that's crowded with demons, some carrying clubs. Zelda steps out of a door at the end of the hall, smirking nastily) Zelda!
Zelda: Greetings! *motions to the throngs on demons* Looks like it's party time, huh, ladies?
(We fade out on the frustrated, shocked, and angry looks on the girls faces, except for Valerie, who still looks a trillion miles away.)
