(We open at Micky and Lauren's house, in the Rainbow Room again. Peter has Jordan in his arms. His son looks at him a little worriedly.)

Peter: Thanks for taking Jordan for me today, Lauren. You too, Mick. I'll be around in a few hours. I have some things to do this morning, and Valerie had work.

Lauren: Sure, Peter, no problem.

Micky: We're always happy to watch him.

Jordan: (He goes over to the twins, still looking worried) Hi, guys.

Mick: *smiles* Hi, Jordan.

Jordan: Do you guys see anything...weird...about Daddy?

*They twins exchange looks, then shrug.*

Mick: Nope.

Jordan: Daddy's been actin' funny, an' his aura looks weird. It's darker than it used to be.

Shelly: That's weird.

Jordan: I'm scared. Mommy said we might go away from Daddy, 'cause he was in jail an' he doesn't have any money. I think he doesn't like us anymore.

Mick: *frowns* We hope that isn't true.

Katie: Hi ever'body! (She runs over as Mike and Emma come in; Robbie is in Emma's arms)

Jordan: Katie! (He runs over to his best friend)

Katie: I'm glad you're here!

Mike: Ok, we'll begin when Dave and Daphne arrive.

Emma: (Mike sets down a pan) Would anyone like some blueberry muffins? Mike and the kids had their share, but I made sure to save some for everyone else.

Micky: *grabs a muffin* Thank you!

Emma: (Grins) I knew you'd like that, Mick.

*Dave and Daphne come in. Davy carries Lizzie.*

Katie: Hi!

Mike: Hey, guys. Good, we're all here.

(Lizzie joins Leah on a blanket in front of the bandstand.)

Mike: Ok, we have to get down to business. Last night was the second time in two days there was a raid on the Club Caprice. Sheila has to be doing this somehow...

Emma: But the question is, how? How are were they able to plant that box without workers seeing them? Where did those crystals come from, and how did they make them so strong?

Mike: Yeah, those crystals are about ten times stronger than the ones Kristoff had. Mick, you're the chemical genius here. Any ideas?

Micky: I've been mulling over this. Based on the brief glance I got of them...I have no idea.

Emma: I'm wondering if Alex's "Goo" may have been involved.

Micky: *nods* Possible. I wouldn't rule it out.

Mike: I don't remember it bein' that strong, though.

Emma: Alex probably worked on it before he left Sheila.

Mike: That's probably what they wanted the crystal from the cave so badly for.

Daphne: Hasn't Alex been trying to steal crystal from the Cave for months now?

Micky: Yeah, practically every time we turned around.

Emma: (Nods) This must be why they've been after crystal.

Mike: (Nods) Sheila wanted a way to disable us, so she can do what she wants.

Emma: We have to figure out exactly what she has in mind here.

Davy: Which could be almost anything.

Mike: I think someone should follow her after tomorrow night's performance. I doubt she'll try the lights-off thing again.

Emma: (Nods) That would be too obvious. She was probably pushing it with two times in a row.

Lauren: I'll follow her.

Micky: *makes a face* But, babe--

Lauren: Somebody's gotta follow her if we're gonna find out anything. She won't even see me.

Mike: She's right. She'll probably be lookin' for one of us boys, not the girls.

Emma: Why don't you boys take a different route? (Looks at Mike) Is there any way you could rent a plane on short notice?

Micky: *eyes widen* What?

Mike: (Grins) I have a buddy who owns a small-plane charter service and owes me a favor. I don't think it'll be a problem.

Emma: You guys will search for Sheila by air. I doubt she's expecting THAT.

Micky: Um, I wasn't expecting that.

Emma: Daphne, Valerie, and I will search the Club Caprice for any remaining crystals or machines and figure out how to get rid of the one in the dressing room.

Mike: Someone should contact Val at work and tell her what's goin' on. See if you can get her on the communicator.

Daphne: *pulls out and opens her communicator* Val, come in.

Mike: Mick, you and I need to work on upgradin' the motorcycles as soon as we can. I have the feelin' we're gonna need them, especially if Sheila's staying in the LA area. They're better at gettin' around tight corners than the MonkeeMobile.

Micky: Sure!

Daphne: I'm not getting a response from Val.

Emma: She should be at work!

Daphne: If she, she's not answering.

Jordan: (Tugs on Lauren's leg) Mommy wasn't home last night!

Lauren: Val wasn't home last night? But she left for home.

Jordan: I didn't see Mommy! Just Daddy! (Frowns) Daddy's weird! He looks funny!

Mike: Yeah, I think there's somethin' wrong with your dad too, Jordan.

Emma: What do you mean, he looks funny?

Jordan: He's not blue anymore!

Lauren: Yeah?

Micky: Not blue anymore? *considers*

Jordan: He doesn't like me anymore!

Emma: Oh honey, I'm sure that's not true! Your father is just having a hard time, that's all.

Davy: After all, we thought 'e was mad at all of us, but 'e still likes us.

Mike: No, he likes you and Micky. He don't like me. He thinks I wrecked the "Head" soundtrack.

Davy: I was tryin' to be nice.

Micky: *makes a face* Not blue anymore?

Lauren: We're past that one, Mick.

Micky: Huh? Oh, sorry.

Jordan: I wish Mommy were here.

Mike: We'll keep tryin' to get through to Val. Maybe someone could call her secretary.

Davy: I'll call. *goes to the phone*

Mike: (Looks at his watch) There's an afternoon show today. Why don't we head there after we feed the kids and drop them off at day care or their grandparents' houses?

Lauren: *nods* Good idea.
